Takes over the running of the club at midday and wants bids to buy the club in by 5.30 the same day.

I will start off the bidding then, £10!

Careful Baz--if you are not serious I would have kept it to 50 pence

Apparently if you believe the hype there are funds amounting to thousands just lieing around the place these days! I need a new Lambretta so its worth the risk of my £10 i reckon 8-)

The Ashford fans are appealing to the kent legue to let them in--but have they paid any fines-have they actually applied to join--a hopeless situation if ever there was one.

No TB has confirmed on their site that at this moment the club remain in administration and he will start trying to get things moving tomorrow.
Things will have to happen rapidly if they are to play next season.

For an EGM to be held it was my understanding that 7 days notice had to be given to member clubs of the Kent League - surely this would result in it being too late for a decision to be made??

It does look pretty hopeless for them now.
I think the club will have to miss a season and then join the new step 6.

I dont know if any one has been reading their forum but yesterday things were posted such as registering the new club.
Also that the new club would be debt free and even speculation as to the new name.
I dont know if these people have just got the wrong end of the stick or what.
But if that really is the intention the time scale involved gets considerably tighter.
